Around the House and in the Pool

Eli is such his own little person; he jabbers and makes noise constantly, is always on the go, wants to see and touch and feel everything (and I do mean everything!), loves anything new (people, places, objects, food), and challenges incessantly.

He decided a few weeks ago that he is done being fed. He can do it himself, thank you. So we have moved on from pureed food to finger foods! He still loves to eat... almost anything, it seems as though he doesn't like some textures such as ground or shredded meat (he would eat it before when it was pureed), but some of his favorite foods are blueberries, cheese and bread (or things bread-like, such as pancake). These are things and he will pick through everything else on his tray to find and eat!

Eli likes to sit in front of the glass door and look at everything outside; cars, trucks, people, Daddy, whatever comes by!

"Did you see that?"

We got a small wading pool for the Eli for the summer, since he loves taking baths so much. It was a hit!
To round off the multi-post blog catch-up, I have lots of swimming pictures! Featuring his chubby belly and his pudgy cheeks. :)

More grass in the pool!
